Hot and Spicy Dove On the Grill Ingredients: 4 dove breasts Cajun Injector Cajun Shake Seasoning 6 oz. Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe marinade Sliced bacon Cooking Directions: Clean dove breast. Marinade the dove breast with 1/2 oz. of the Creole Garlic marinade. Wrap dove breast with bacon securing the bacon with a toothpick. Sprinkle with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake Seasoning. Place dove breast on grill for 20 - 25 minutes making sure that the bacon is well done. Serve with rice and beans or your favorite side dishes. Enjoy. |

BAR-B-QUED DOVE 10 dove breast halves (5 whole breasts) ~ 1/2 cup chopped onion ~ 1 tbsp chopped garlic ~ 1/2 stick butter ~ 1/4 cup favorite bbq sauce ~ 1/3 cup beer Make a packet out of foil large enough to hold all of the ingredients. Add the ingredients to the packet and seal. Gently shake packet to distribute and mix ingredients. Cook over medium heat 20 - 30 minutes or until done turning several times.
